With an investment of over $600 thousand, MCS today celebrates its arrival at Plaza las Américas with the opening of a new experience center, known as MCS Spot. With 3,200 square feet, the new center will contribute to the country’s economy with the creation of more than 40 jobs and will offer a space in Plaza las Américas where, in addition to receiving services related to the plan, older adults and the general population will be able to socialize and benefit from activities that will promote your complete health.

For that reason, we set out to create this new space in Plaza las Américas, as it is a very popular place for thousands of our affiliates and beneficiaries, and it serves our purpose of helping more people to have a complete health experience, “he said. Beyond facilitating transactions related to the plan, this new experience center will promote an enjoyable space where people can educate themselves, socialize and enjoy a wide variety of activities designed to positively impact their physical and emotional health. For this, MCS has synchronized its activities with the mall administration’s calendar of events to offer a variety of alternatives to those who visit the new experience center.

The spacious and modern experience center is located on the first level of Plaza las Américas and has fully equipped conference rooms for meetings and activities. It will operate seven days a week and during the hours of operation of the shopping center.

Those who visit the experience center will be able to process services related to the medical plan such as coverage certifications, identification cards and confirm the status of clinical authorizations, as well as receive orientation and issue premium payments, among others.
