IRSI, the holding company of Chili’s, Romano’s Macaroni Grill and P.F. Chang’s in Puerto Rico, is looking for new employees this week.
As part of the recruitment strategies, the company is offering salaries starting from $9.50 an hour for kitchen and dishwasher employees, as well as a $300 hiring bonus, medical plan and dental plan, free uniforms, retirement plan with employer matching, training with pay, short-term disability insurance, among others.

The job fair will be held at Chili’s de Condado, Plaza Las Américas, San Patricio, Plaza Guaynabo, Montehiedra and Isla Verde, as well as at the Romano’s Macaroni Grill in Plaza Las Américas.
Likewise, Wednesday, November 17, they will interview those interested in Chili’s de Rexville, Plaza Carolina, Escorial, Río Bayamón, as well as Romano’s Macaroni Grill, in Montehiedra, and P.F. Chang’s, in Plaza Las Américas

IRSI, founded in 1993, has 32 restaurants around the island and employs more than 2,800 people.
